Unsure about subscription model?

A subscription-based service offers you continuous, on-demand access to professional development and design expertise for a flat monthly fee. Instead of hiring a full-time developer or paying for one-off projects, you can submit unlimited requests and revisions, ensuring your website evolve with your needs.

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level developer now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription to ensure you're only paying when you have enough work available.

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

Typical requests are delivered in 48 hours on average. This includes a WordPress setup, landing pages, various page templates or sections, etc. If a request is much larger in size, expect to receive deliverables every 24 hours until the entire request is complete.

You might be surprised to hear this, but I am actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me. However, additional design requests such as Figma designs, logos or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

I understand you may not have enough work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

You can pause once every 30 days.

Larger requests are broken down to smaller pieces on my end. This applies to full-scale website or landing page functionality, optimization work, implementing new big features, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 24-48 hours until the entire request is done.

For the visual builder, I primarily use Elementor and Breakdance. For other website functionalities, there are no limits — I am experienced with all the most popular plugins.

I offer a ton of flexibility in how you request work using Trello. Some common ways clients request work is directly via Trello, sharing Figma or Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

No worries! I'll continue to revise your website until you're 100% satisfied.

Absolutely. I don't cover the following development work: custom plugin development or maintenance, complex animations, and headless CMS.

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional development needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste. Or, you can buy hourly packages.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
